An employee's biggest mental load often isn't at work — it's at home. When a partner or child gets stuck, so does the employee. And with youth-care waiting times of 9 to 18 months, symptoms worsen faster than they get solved.
With MentalCareDirect™ Family, the partner and their minor children get direct access to professional psychological support — no waiting list. For the minor children, this serves as a bridge until regular care takes over.

Family costs + € 41,75 per employee per month on top of Core and covers the employee's current partner and the minor children of the employee and/or partner — adopted children included. No extra cost per family member.

Why acting fast matters
The family first. Then the figures.
A child who is struggling wants help as soon as possible — not in nine months' time. By offering rapid psychological help we stabilise the family: symptoms are caught before they escalate, and in many cases further treatment turns out to be unnecessary or lighter.
And that carries over to work. A parent who knows their child is being helped can be present again — at home and on the job. Waiting costs more than peace of mind: it costs energy, attention and ultimately workdays.

Price
+ € 41,75
per employee, per month — on top of Core (€ 57,85)
Family extends Core with rapid psychological help for the current partner and the minor children of the employee and/or partner (including adopted children). No extra cost per family member.
We work with generous use within the programme's purpose. For very intensive or very long-term care we consult with the GP and, where needed, specialist mental healthcare for handover.

What family members share stays with the psychologist
Information about partners, children and families is never shared with the employer. Employers receive no personal content — they only know that Family is being used, at anonymised level.
