Primary mental healthcare
Treatment of mental health issues — directly, without a waiting list
The curative side of MentalCareDirect™ is called YourWorkplacePsychologist. Our licensed psychologist and Lead Clinician Nicki Mano, together with her team of psychologists, offers full primary mental healthcare treatment for employees: depression, anxiety disorders, grief, trauma, burnout and more, human and direct. With the Family package, treatments for partners and minor children are provided until regular care takes over: we bridge the waiting-list gap. Because we have no waiting times, we often prevent symptoms from worsening unnecessarily, so treatment can often be completed before regular care can take over.
