- Core: prevention (YourOptimalYou™), coaching and primary mental healthcare for the employee — no waiting list.
- Family: rapid psychological help for the current partner and minor children (including adopted).
- Both can be taken out individually or selectively, for example for part of your team.
- Escalation at elevated risk is free of charge; employer reporting is always anonymised.

Family — definition of "household"
What we mean by household
Within MentalCareDirect™ Family, household means at most:
- the employee;
- the current partner of the employee;
- the minor children of the employee and/or their partner — adopted children are fully included.
Family is an add-on to Core and can be taken out for the whole organisation, a specific team or part of your team. You decide the group.
Generous use
Generous within the programme's purpose
MentalCareDirect™ works on the basis of generous use within the programme's purpose. Measurements, coaching and treatment sessions are amply included for normal and appropriate use — in both Core and Family.
When elevated risk becomes visible or more intensive care is needed, we escalate at no additional cost — that's exactly when you don't want a threshold. The more effective we are preventively, the less curative care is needed. All psychological treatment continues until regular care takes over.
Privacy and trust
Employers get insight. Employees keep their privacy.
Reporting to the employer is always anonymised. Employers see patterns and risks at group level — never personal medical or psychological data about individual employees.
