What data do we process?
We only process data necessary to deliver our services: name, contact details, employer, and information relevant to coaching or treatment. Medical and psychological data are kept strictly separate from employer reports.
Why do we process data?
We use data to contact you, conduct intakes and treatment, safeguard service quality, and prepare anonymised management reports for the employer.
Sharing with third parties
Personal data are not sold. We only share data with involved care providers within our network or when a legal obligation requires it. Reports to employers are always aggregated and anonymised.
Retention period
We retain personal data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, or as legally required for care and administrative purposes.
Your rights
