By using the MentalCareDirect™ website and services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Services
MentalCareDirect™ offers an employer subscription that gives employees access to prevention, coaching and primary mental healthcare. The Family package extends this to the employee's current partner and minor children.
Subscription and cancellation
Core and Family can both be taken out selectively — for the whole organisation, a specific team or part of your team. Cancellation terms and billing are set out in the individual agreement with the employer.
Payment
Subscription fees are invoiced monthly or on another term agreed in the contract. Payment must be made within the agreed term.
Confidentiality
All information about employees and family members is treated confidentially. Reports to the employer are always anonymised and aggregated. We never share individual medical or psychological information with the employer.
Use of the service
The service is intended for preventive and light curative support within primary mental healthcare. We do not treat addiction, psychosis or severe suicidality. In those cases we refer to specialist care.
Intellectual property
All texts, images, logos and other materials on this website are the property of Right 'n Bright BV or its licensors. Without written permission it is not permitted to reproduce or publish them.
Liability
MentalCareDirect™ endeavours to perform its services carefully. Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount the employer paid in subscription fees in the relevant year, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are published on this page and take effect upon publication.
